1. What we collect

When you contact us, apply, subscribe or use our tools, you may give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website or social media handle, and the content of your message. If you apply for a role, we also receive your CV and any links you share. If you complete the Business Scorecard, we receive your answers and the results generated from them. If you start a Business Blueprint, we receive the details you submit and, where you pay online, the information needed to process that payment through our payment provider. We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically (see section 7).

2. How we collect it

We collect information in two ways. Directly from you — through the forms on this site (contact, Business Blueprint, Business Scorecard, Optimization Project, careers), the newsletter sign-up, and the booking calendar. Automatically — through cookies and similar technologies that record limited usage and device information when you browse, as described in our Cookie Policy. Optional cookies are only used if you allow them in the cookie banner.

3. Tools and service providers

Parts of this site run on third-party services, which may process your information on our behalf:

Vercel — website hosting and the serverless functions that receive form submissions
Supabase — database where submissions are stored
n8n — workflow automation that routes submissions and triggers emails
Cloudflare Turnstile — spam and bot protection on forms
Kit (ConvertKit) — newsletter sign-up and delivery
zcal — booking calls
Meta Pixel (Meta/Facebook) — advertising measurement, loaded only if you accept marketing cookies

Each of these has its own privacy practices. We also link to Google Maps for directions; opening those links takes you to Google.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do share information with the service providers listed above so they can run parts of the site on our behalf. If you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel sends limited event and browser information to Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising — this is an advertising-measurement disclosure, not a sale of your data. What clients share with us during a project stays within the Tawlé team working on it and is never published without written permission.

6. Storage and retention

Your data is stored by the service providers listed above, each with its own security controls and retention rules. Tawlé keeps your data for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver the work and meet our records obligations, and deletes it on request where we are not required to keep it.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, optional analytics and marketing cookies (including the Meta Pixel). You choose what to allow the first time you visit, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. 8. International users and your rights

Our services are offered internationally and your information may be processed outside your country by the providers above. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data — such as asking for a copy, correcting it, deleting it, or asking us to stop sending communications. How we handle your information
