• Client reviews and feedback: collected after every project and turned into proof we can use
• Channel expansion: taking us into long-form YouTube, and whatever comes after
• New content formats: spotting what’s working out there and getting it tested here
• AI in the workflow: finding where it saves the team hours, and making it standard

Who you work with

• Creative strategist: owns the content itself: formats, scripts, shoots. Reports to you
• Community manager: posts, replies and runs the community day to day
• Video editors and designer: make the work. You make sure they have what they need, when they need it
• BD team: you go to market together
• Founder: you report to her. She sets direction, films, and writes her own newsletter and LinkedIn. Everything else in marketing runs through you

Cadence

• Weekly: team check-in, one short status note to the founder
• Per launch: plan, brief, timeline, an owner for every piece, and a debrief after
• Monthly: performance review with the founder, the creative strategist and sales. What worked, what didn’t, what’s next

How you’re measured

• Launches go out on the date we set
• Every account published on schedule
• Founder time spent on marketing execution: close to zero
• Leads and booked calls from marketing, against monthly targets
• New reviews and case studies on the site every month

What you own

• Content strategy for two accounts: Tawlé’s and the founder’s personal brand
• The content plan for both: series, formats and hooks, built from performance data, not instinct. The marketing manager runs the calendar, you fill it
• Creative direction on every shoot: format, scripts, hooks, references, shot list
• Final say on scripts and edits. You approve what goes out, not the founder
• Briefing and directing the production team: video editor, junior editor, designer
• Testing cadence: what formats, hooks and channels get tested each month, and what we learned
• Turning the sales strategy into visual marketing: the offer, the objections, the proof, made into content

Who you work with

• Ad specialist: runs paid media, tracking and the funnel numbers. She tells you which hooks, CTAs and formats convert; you feed her creatives and adjust the plan on her data. A peer, not a report
• Head of video and junior editor: you direct them
• Community manager: posts and runs the community. You brief him on what goes out
• Designer: you brief her per deliverable
• Marketing manager: you report to them. They run the calendar, the launches and the team, and you own what the content says and how it looks
• Founder: writes all newsletters and LinkedIn content herself and owns positioning. You plan around her writing, you don’t write it

Cadence

• Weekly: content review with production, one short status note to the marketing manager
• Per shoot: brief, script sign-off, shot list. Founder films, you handle everything after
• Monthly: performance meeting with the marketing manager, founder, ad specialist and head of video. What worked, what didn’t, what changes

How you’re measured

• Content published on schedule, both accounts
• Founder time spent on visual content after filming: zero
• Reach and follower growth against monthly targets
• Share of content that feeds the funnel: views to page visits to booked calls, tracked with the ad specialist

You’ll be good at this if

• You’ve run content strategy for at least one brand end to end, with a team executing under you
• You can hold two brand voices at once without blending them
• You read performance data and change the plan because of it
• You give editors and writers clear, direct feedback and don’t need the founder to referee
• You’re based in Lebanon or work MENA hours. Arabic and English

What you own

• The sales line: every call, WhatsApp and DM from someone who wants to work with us comes to you
• Inbound leads: getting back to everyone who books, fills a form or messages us, fast
• Outbound: finding businesses that need us and starting the conversation
• Field visits: going to businesses, seeing how they run, and collecting what we need before a proposal
• Discovery calls: understanding a business well enough to know whether we can help
• Taking clients from the first conversation to a signed project
• A clean pipeline: every lead, every stage, up to date
• Staying close to clients after they sign, so the next project and the referral come naturally

How it works

• Full-time or freelance. Both come with a base and commission on what you close
• Based in Beirut, on the road around Lebanon when a visit needs it
• You report to our head of sales
• You work with the consultants, who pick up where you leave off, and with marketing, who send you the leads

How you’re measured

• How fast inbound leads hear back from us
• Calls booked and visits done each week
• Signed Blueprints and Optimization Projects
• A pipeline that’s accurate on any given day

You’ll be good at this if

• You’ve sold something before, and you liked it
• You can walk into a business you’ve never seen and walk out knowing how it runs
• You listen more than you pitch
• You follow up without being told to
• You use AI to research, prep and follow up faster
• You’re based in Lebanon and can move around. Arabic and English

What you own

• Bookings and invoicing: every client booked, invoiced and followed up
• Reconciliation: every payment matched to a booking, a product or an invoice
• Tracking and auditing: monthly books, clean and closed on time
• Refunds and disputes: handled quickly, fairly, and written down
• Payroll and contractor payments: right amount, right day, every time
• Subscriptions and bills: tracked, paid, and cancelled when we stop using them
• Team admin: time-off requests and the records that go with them
• The office: rent, electricity, internet, supplies, repairs. If something’s missing or broken, you handle it

How it works

• Part-time to start. As we grow, so does the role
• Based in Beirut, with flexible hours
• You report to the founder
• You work with sales on bookings and invoices, and with the whole team on payroll and admin

How you’re measured

• Invoices out the day the work is booked
• Books closed every month, with nothing unmatched
• Payroll and contractors paid on time, every time
• Founder time spent on money admin: zero

You’ll be good at this if

• You have real accounting or finance experience
• You’re organized to the point that people rely on it
• A number that doesn’t match bothers you until it does
• You can handle a refund request calmly and firmly
• You use AI and spreadsheets to do in an hour what used to take a day
• You’re based in Beirut. Arabic and English

What you’ll do

• Shoot content: reels, talking heads, behind the scenes, on location
• Edit in CapCut: cuts, captions, pacing, hooks that hold
• Basic design: covers, carousels, simple graphics
• Follow the content strategy and calendar, and hit the dates
• Bring ideas: trends, formats and hooks you’ve seen work
• Use AI tools to work faster, from scripts to captions to edits

How it works

• Full-time, part-time or per contract, depending on what suits you and the work
• The strategy and briefs come from our creative strategist
• Shoots in Beirut and around Lebanon

• You’ve made content people actually watched
• You’re fast and confident in CapCut, and comfortable in a basic design tool
• You’re a marketing generalist who loves the content side most
• You’re curious about AI and already use it
• You’re based in Lebanon. Arabic and English

How it works

• Scope, deliverables and fee agreed in writing before you start
