Tawlé is a business optimization consultancy in Beirut. We are half consulting firm, half media company: our content sells our services, the Business Blueprint and full Optimization Projects.
You’re the person who takes over everything visual and strategic, so the founder can show up, film, and leave.
What you own
- Content strategy for two accounts: Tawlé’s and the founder’s personal brand
- Monthly content calendars for both, built from performance data, not instinct
- Creative direction on every shoot: format, scripts, hooks, references, shot list
- Final say on scripts and edits. You approve what goes out, not the founder
- Briefing and directing the production team: video editor, junior editor, designer, marketing coordinator
- Testing cadence: what formats, hooks and channels get tested each month, and what we learned
- Channel expansion: when we go to YouTube, TikTok or a new format, you bring the case and the plan
- The marketing backlog: website updates, page fixes, new assets. You keep the ticket list and bring a prioritised version to the founder monthly
- Turning the sales strategy into visual marketing: the offer, the objections, the proof, made into content
Who you work with
- Ad specialist: runs paid media, tracking and the funnel numbers. She tells you which hooks, CTAs and formats convert; you feed her creatives and adjust the plan on her data. A peer, not a report
- Head of video and junior editor: you direct them
- Marketing coordinator: posts, schedules, manages the community. You manage him
- Designer: you brief her per deliverable
- Founder: you report to her. She writes all newsletters and LinkedIn content herself and owns positioning. You plan around her writing, you don’t write it
Cadence
- Weekly: content review with production, one short status note to the founder
- Per shoot: brief, script sign-off, shot list. Founder films, you handle everything after
- Monthly: performance meeting with the founder, ad specialist and head of video. What worked, what didn’t, what changes
How you’re measured
- Content published on schedule, both accounts
- Founder time spent on visual content after filming: zero
- Reach and follower growth against monthly targets
- Share of content that feeds the funnel: views to page visits to booked calls, tracked with the ad specialist
You’ll be good at this if
- You’ve run content strategy for at least one brand end to end, with a team executing under you
- You can hold two brand voices at once without blending them
- You read performance data and change the plan because of it
- You give editors and writers clear, direct feedback and don’t need the founder to referee
- You’re based in Lebanon or work MENA hours. Arabic and English

We run business rebuilds for SMB founders across MENA. A founder comes to us with a company that works on paper and bleeds in practice. We take it apart, find what’s actually broken, and rebuild it across marketing, sales, operations, finance, client experience and growth. Then we stay until it holds.
Most of our clients are building something that matters where they live. Real businesses, real payroll, real money on the line. The impact shows up in numbers, not in a 60-page report that dies in a shared folder.
We’re opening applications for freelance consultants based in Lebanon.
How it works
- You’re on the bench, not the payroll. No fixed hours
- A project lands, we match it to what you’re good at, you’re in
- Scope, deliverables and fee agreed in writing before you start
- Paid per project: a percentage or a fixed fee, depending on scope, duration and price
