A short form, then a call with us to get started.

You’re tired. And you’ve earned the right to be.

You’ve been carrying this business for years. Through everything the country threw at you, you kept the doors open and the people around you paid. You still have a clear idea of the life this business was supposed to give you. It just isn’t giving it to you yet.

You know you could use help. You’ve probably known for a while. What stops you is simple: you’re not sure anyone will actually deliver, and you can’t afford to find out the expensive way.

That is exactly why the Blueprint exists. Ten days, $500, fully refundable. Enough to see what we’re worth, without betting the business on it.

Start with a Blueprint

What you get

A plan built for your business. Not a template.

Every recommendation in your Blueprint comes from your numbers, your market and your capacity. Nothing generic, nothing you can’t act on, and nothing you don’t understand the reason for.

01

Where you are

Your real position, in numbers: revenue, costs, break-even, what’s growing, what’s quietly slipping.

02

What’s holding you back

The few things that actually matter, ranked. With the evidence, so you can see it for yourself.

03

What to change

Specific recommendations for each weak point: what to do, how, and what it should be worth to you.

04

What to do first

A roadmap by short, medium and long term, starting with what you can do this week without spending anything.

A real example

A 60-year-old workshop, break-even for years, owner funding it personally.

From a Blueprint delivered in September 2026. Names and figures withheld.

Before

Where they were

  • Orders up, order value down 40%
  • 17 past clients gone quiet, nobody following up
  • No price list, no website, no client system
The Blueprint

What we recommended

  • Sell the whole job, not a single service
  • Three fixed packages and a written price list
  • Recover the client history, call the top ten dormant accounts
90 days later

Where they’re headed

  • A capability sheet on every quote
  • Margins set by a price list, not a negotiation
  • Dormant accounts contacted, first one back

What we look at

Six pillars. Every one of them, every time.

MarketingHow people find you, and what they find

We look at: your positioning, your message, the channels you’re on, your website and listings, and how a new customer actually finds you today.

How we help: a clear position in one line, the two or three channels worth your time, what to say on them, and a rhythm you can keep up.

OperationsHow the work gets done, and who it depends on

We look at: how a job moves from enquiry to delivery, who does what, where things get stuck, which tools you use, and how much of it runs through you.

How we help: processes written down, clear roles, the right (simple) tools, and a plan to take you out of the middle of every task.

FinanceWhat makes money, and what quietly loses it

We look at: revenue by product and by client, your cost base, margins, break-even, how you price, and how cash actually moves through the month.

How we help: a break-even you can see, a pricing structure you can defend, and a clear view of which work is worth taking.

Client experienceFrom first message to repeat order

We look at: how enquiries are handled, onboarding, communication, what happens after delivery, who comes back, and who quietly stopped.

How we help: a client flow you can follow, a follow-up rhythm, and a plan to bring lost clients back.

SalesWhat you sell, and how it gets sold

We look at: your offer, how it’s packaged and priced, how you quote, how enquiries turn into orders, and where they don’t.

How we help: an offer that’s easy to say yes to, a written price list, and a pipeline you can see at a glance.

GrowthWhere the business goes next

We look at: your market, your capacity, the opportunities worth taking and the ones that are distractions, and what the next 90 days should look like.

How we help: one or two focus markets, the right order to do things in, and a plan with owners and dates.

How it works

From your first message to your first results

  1. 1

    Share what you have

A short questionnaire and whatever records exist: sales, costs, bank or bookkeeping exports, your social accounts, your website. We take what you already have, in whatever state it’s in, and organise it ourselves.

  2. 2

    Meet your consultant

You’re assigned a Tawlé consultant who reaches out within 48 hours and stays in touch throughout: questions, clarifications, and a real conversation about how you see the business.

  3. 3

    Ten days of analysis

We rebuild your numbers, map how the business actually operates, research your market and competitors, and go through each of the six pillars. Then we rank what matters and write it up.

  4. 4

Your Blueprint, walked through with you

A call where your consultant takes you through the findings, the recommendations and the roadmap, answers your questions, and agrees what you’ll do first. The report is yours, in writing, to keep.

  5. 5

    Check-in

A few weeks later, we check in: what you implemented, what got stuck, what changed. No charge, no pitch.

Everything you share is confidential. It stays within the Tawlé team working on your Blueprint and is never shared with anyone else.

The guarantee

Not convinced? You pay nothing.

If you finish your Blueprint and don’t feel it was worth every dollar, tell us. Full refund, no questions, no awkward conversation. We’re comfortable offering that because we know what the work is worth, and the Blueprint is how you find that out for yourself.

$500 credited

If you go on to an Optimization Project, the full price of the Blueprint comes off it.

Confidential

What you share stays within the Tawlé team on your project. Nothing about your business is used or published without your written permission.

This is for you if

  • You’ve been running this business for years and something has stopped working
  • You believe the business has more in it than it’s giving you, and you can’t see where
  • You want the truth about it before spending more money on it
  • You’re willing to share your records, even if they’re incomplete
  • You’d rather see how we work before committing to anything bigger

This is not for you if

  • You’ve already decided nothing can work here, and you’re looking for confirmation
  • You want someone to do the work for you (that’s the Optimization Project)
  • You’re hoping ten days will turn everything around, instead of giving you the plan to do it
  • You’re not ready to share your numbers
  • You only want to hear that everything is fine. We’ll tell you what’s true, including the good parts

Proof

30+ businesses assessed before the Blueprint had a name.

The Blueprint packages the assessment we’ve run for clients for years. Here is what a few of them said about it.

“Zina was instrumental in aligning our business and moving us in the right direction - from pre-revenue to revenue-generating - with fresh ideas and strong execution.”

Logan McMullenE-commerce founder

“She pointed out what I was already doing right and gave me clear guidance on how to make it even better - without it feeling overwhelming at all.”

Haya AlbitarCoach

“Tawlé’s approach is consistently superior to anything we have experienced in our past twenty-five years in business. Our only regret is not having it available to us earlier.”

Craig HudsonCo-founder, Scitentia

Questions

Before you decide

Why would you offer a full refund?

Because we’d rather lose $500 than have someone pay for work they don’t value. The whole point of the Blueprint is for you to see how we think and decide whether Tawlé is a company you’d want to work with. If the answer is no, you keep the report, you get your money back, and there are no hard feelings. We’re confident enough in the work that we don’t expect to be asked often.

Why only $500?

Because the point is to make it easy to start. The Blueprint isn’t where we make our money; the work that follows is. We’d rather you see what we’re worth before you commit to anything bigger.

Will this work for my kind of business?

We’ve assessed restaurants, retailers, manufacturers, clinics, e-commerce brands, service businesses and more, in Lebanon and across the region. The method is the same; the recommendations are entirely yours. If we think the Blueprint isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll say so on the call, before you pay.

Who does the work?

A Tawlé consultant, assigned to you at the start and in touch with you throughout. Every Blueprint follows the same method and the same report structure, whoever is on it.

What do I need to prepare?

A questionnaire (about an hour) and whatever records you have: sales, costs, bookkeeping or bank exports, and your online presence. Messy is fine. Missing is fine. We work with what exists and we say so in the report.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Everything you share stays within the Tawlé team working on your Blueprint. We don’t use client data outside your project, and nothing about your business is published without your written permission.

What happens after the 10 days?

You keep the report and act on it yourself, and we check in a few weeks later to see how it’s going. If you want us to build it with you, the Optimization Project picks up exactly where the Blueprint ends, and your $500 is credited toward it.

What if I don’t want to continue after the Blueprint?

Then you don’t. No follow-up pressure. The Blueprint is a complete piece of work on its own.
