Quick-Service Restaurant

Project Overview

This project focused on building a quick-service restaurant specializing in authentic Lebanese shawarma and falafel. The founders envisioned a nostalgic, welcoming space where traditional flavors met modern execution. While the culinary side was strong, the business faced challenges in branding, strategy, and operations.

The mission was to create a restaurant that not only delivered excellent food but also became a recognizable name capable of growing into multiple locations and diversified revenue streams.

Our Role in the Project

Tawlé acted as both strategist and facilitator, guiding the project from concept to launch. Our contributions included:

  • Conducting an in-depth market analysis

  • Delivering a full business audit to map gaps and opportunities

  • Creating a detailed action plan and launch strategy

  • Coordinating with designers, tradespeople, and service providers for branding and interiors

  • Providing hands-on support throughout ideation, conceptualization, and execution phases

We worked with the team through to their launch, ensuring all key elements were aligned for a successful opening.
