Project Overview
This project focused on building a luxury high-end furniture retail brand. With a strong foundation in interior design, the founder’s vision was to curate high-end pieces from various suppliers and present them under a cohesive, branded experience.
At the time of engagement, the business had a Shopify store and domain but lacked structure, clarity, and direction. What began as a request for marketing support evolved into a full-scale business consultancy to address deeper issues of brand identity, operations, and strategy.
