The business is a streetwear brand founded by an entrepreneur with a background in fashion and business, based in Saudi Arabia. The brand faced fundamental operational and marketing challenges, particularly after an incomplete rebranding effort disrupted its business flow. The business needed a comprehensive strategy to get back on track and start securing funding.

Our role was to run a full audit of the business, create a detailed business plan, and develop an action plan to implement the strategies outlined in the business plan. The project focused on operational improvements, marketing strategies, and a clear roadmap for the future.
