Cookie policy
Cookies on this website
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Tawlé Consultancy uses on this website, why we use them, and how you can control them. Last updated November 2026.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use related browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which works similarly by keeping small pieces of information on your device. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these. They can be set by us (first-party) or by third-party services we use (third-party), and they can last only for your current visit (session) or longer (persistent).
2. Why we use them
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work — including security and spam protection on forms, and remembering your language and your cookie choices. With your consent, we also use optional cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. You control the optional ones.
3. Strictly necessary
These are always on because the site cannot function properly without them. They do not track you for advertising.
4. Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. They are off unless you allow them. At present, no analytics cookies are active on this website — this category is reserved in case we add analytics in the future, at which point it will remain opt-in.
5. Marketing
Marketing cookies let us measure and improve our advertising. They are off unless you allow them. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which loads only after you accept marketing cookies.
The Pixel is only present on pages where it is installed (currently the home page and the Business Scorecard). If you withdraw marketing consent, we stop further Pixel tracking and clear these cookies.
6. Third-party services that may set cookies
Some features rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies when their content loads. Their cookies are controlled by them under their own policies:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam/bot protection on forms (necessary)
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement (marketing, consent-gated)
- Kit (ConvertKit) — newsletter form; may set cookies when its script loads
- zcal — booking calendar on booking pages; may set cookies when embedded
We do not use Google Analytics. Links to Google Maps open Google in a new tab and are subject to Google’s own policies.
7. Managing your preferences
You can change which optional cookies you allow at any time. Use the button below, or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some strictly necessary features may then not work.
8. Withdrawing consent
Open “Cookie settings”, turn off Analytics and/or Marketing, and save — or choose “Reject optional”. We then stop using those optional cookies going forward and clear the marketing cookies described above. Strictly necessary cookies remain, as the site needs them.
